Our Accomodation

Our accomodation offers a relaxed country setting to unwind.  The studios have a lovely cosy country feel.   As well as each room having their own seating area there is also a communal area where guests are welcome to sit, guests are very welcome to walk around and say hello to our animals, we have some real characters onsite who love attention!

All guests arrive to Tea, Coffee, fresh milk and biscuits.  We do have poultry onsite, so depending on the  time of year and the birds that are laying there can be fresh eggs too!

There is secure parking onsite.

Check in time is between 4pm-9pm

Check out time is before 11am

If you have different requirements please ask,  we will try our best to acommodate any requests.

Please note we can cater for long term work stays etc and can offer discounts, email us with your requirements for prices.

 

There is generally someone around the yard for any enquiries etc.

It is a working smallholding and we are nearby an industrial area so there can be general working noise during the day and you will hear the animals sometimes, we also have friendly dogs that may be around the yard.
